Fifteen years ago, I called myself the neurotic Iraqi wife. This was my profile: A confession, I have finally joined the neurotic wife club!!!Is there such a thing? This blog is about me being an Iraqi wife whose husband chose to rebuild his country over building his new life with his new wife, ME!!! Fast forward, and today we are no longer married. But we are co parents to two beautiful kids. Am I still neurotic? Maybe, maybe not. I guess you will just have to find out :)
I am an Iraqi woman who absolutely adores her HUBBY, but HUBBY is too busy rebuilding the country.

So, you kissed the sane moment off, and reverted back into watching the shadows on the wall? Just wondering.
So leave
gthey're gay, Iraqi's have big heads blah blahb lah
WH, no, I called HUBBY. The day of sanity may come sooner than I think if things dont change at work soon.
Anon, and what abt HUBBY?
EM, for once, just once, get serious...
You stop using Cynicism and sarcasm. Shoes and Apparel are considered sexual dependency. Get Glands. Get Pharmfresh. Blog blog blog.
Their was this old American Cartoon where Tom and Jerry's Nemesis Spike would dress up as space hero, "Dog Star" and not piss me off as much as those Dog's usually did.
bout time hubby hit that "send" button too neurotica! I can't believe you have been there so long already. So how many shoes this time??? YOu need to do a photo blog of these essential commodities!
Do you have an end in sight? A contract length?
In your case, and whether you think of quitting now or in the future, you and hubby should think of it as a joint decision (i.e. either both of you and your hubby stay or both leave). There is no point of you leaving on your own and your hubby staying back. I don't think you'll feel much better. It's nice to have a good working environment and nice people around but hey, such is life and sometimes we have to live with an substandard atmosphere or people . My 2 cents worth of advice.
Men buy a pair of shoes and use them until they wear out, then they have them resoled...Women don't know what this means ...to wear out shoes.
There is nothing more irritating than sycophants, but they are everywhere. None of them have really contributed to world rocking contributions. Most of those who rocked the world have been those who stood alone in their ideas. If you and hubby can say "yes we are contributing to the restoration to Iraq" or "we are just helping the status-quo continue" you might find your answer whether to stay or go.
